Herstory

AMUSE Consulting was founded by Anyania (Ahn-ya-nigh-ah) Muse out of a passion and love for removing the barriers to individuals and organizations thriving. She has dedicated the past two decades to developing, leading, and implementing program initiatives that target and dismantle existing systems of oppression, then building and evolving anti-racist frameworks.

She focuses on systems behavior, human decision-making, and adult learning. Through her work, she helps teams define their unique contributions, emphasizing cultures of collaboration, fostering growth and equity while bringing new opportunities to life. As a result, organizations are more stable and sustainable, and teams become welcoming places to belong.

  • We are committed to understanding that conflict can lead to courageous conversations that will support change and will not shy away from surfacing difficult truths to avoid conflict.

  • We commit to supporting the development of a healthy organization that dismantles structures and systems that perpetuate oppression and toxicity.

  • We acknowledge that these are ongoing approaches to changing organizational culture so that it serves all employees, clients, communities, and stakeholders.
